After his baptism at Shell UK and a brief period running his own business, Phil joined Beech to understudy Arthur Marley. Many years later and with the foundations of his time at Shell still evident he is now joint Managing Director and has brought the company into the 21st Century complimenting the more old-fashioned skills of his co MD.
