The Beech Group has huge experience in the field of demolition and associated services. The management and workforce are very highly trained, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. The founder John Beech was president of the NFDC and a founder member of the federation.

The Beech Group can tackle any demolition project, large or small, with the main emphasis on providing the highest standards of safety whilst delivering the project on time and in the most cost effective manner. We don’t cut corners and we don’t come up with unexpected extras.

Asbestos Removal

Beech Group hold a 3-year licence for the removal of all forms of asbestos. We have a proven track record undergoing wide-ranging projects across all sectors and utilise a very well trained and dedicated workforce to undertake the works.

The majority of removals projects are time critical within the healthcare, manufacturing and education sectors. In tandem with the demolition and remediation services that we specialise in we can offer clients a fully integrated solution.

The Beech Group have been involved in site remediation since 1997 when it bought the rights to the heavy metal treatment system called MBS. We shelved the project in 2000 as the UK did not seem ready to do clean-ups. Instead, continuing to dig and dump endlessly. Now we are back.

Recently we designed the remediation strategy for the former bus depot at Bowes Street in Manchester. The proposals were accepted by the EA and the Council and the Beech Group then broke out the concrete slab, excavated the entire 2.5 hectares and cleaned the site up to become housing. The Beech Group is a one stop shop for large scale projects.

Specialist Cutting

Powder cutting is oxygen cutting in which a suitable powder is injected into the cutting oxygen stream to assist the cutting action. The iron-rich powder injection technique can be used for cutting stainless steel, copper, nickel and aluminium and their alloys, and for cutting cast irons.

This service, along with other specialised cutting techniques, can be provided by our highly trained workforce as a stand-alone project or as part of a larger scope of works.

We provide Engineering Expertise, Design, Supply and Installation Services on a full range of thermal and acoustic insulation systems complete with various insulation cladding systems on vessels, boilers, Tanks, pipe-work, fittings and ductwork for both high and low temperature applications.

We can provide insulation services dealing with contracts ranging from small intricate specialist works to large scale insulation projects. These services are supported by reliable in-house insulation manufacturing facility and Cladding fabrication workshops.
The company’s head office, workshop and storage facility is based in Bromborough with additional offices and workshop facilities located on its fixed site based around the north west of England.

Beech Group offer, within our newly refurbished training facility, a number of approved training courses. The 6000sq ft centre will be used for CITB short duration courses such as Demolition and Asbestos awareness and with the accreditation with RTITB we are now running Forklift, MEWP and Telehandler courses. We are also hoping in the very near future to gain PASMA accreditation.
